Help! Contraction?? 38+4

I have been extremely tired all day.  Just went to pee and soon as I sat down my tummy started to hurt so badly.  The pain is down low tho.  It was so bad that standing was difficult.  After about 1 min it got a little better.  From what I am reading contractions start in the back tho?  This pain was baddddd

Yeah. That was probably a real contraction - I’ve had ones similar with my first.  No need to panic though. One real one does not a labor make 😁 Chill, drink some fluids and see if it happens again.

I get this almost every time I pee since about 30 weeks. I’ve just chalked it up to Braxton Hicks but really I have no idea 😂I did today have what I thought was the start of actual contractions and for me if did start in my back and move forward but everyone’s so different it’s hard to say!

They don’t have to. Everyone is different. Just time the pain if it keeps coming back. Could also be an upset stomach!
