Trigger tonight!! & ICSi questions

I trigger at midnight tonight! Way past my bedtime, lol. I’m so scared of this needle - it’s soooo long!! Any tips?

They said I only have about 8 follicles. So we shall see. It only takes 1 😁

Anyone who did icsi ? Looking for the process? With so little follicles, my nurse said I may want to do this. Can I just do a few? Or do I have to do All? We have unexplained infertility for #2, so no male factor.
