Spotting

This morning I noticed some light spotting, and I assumed it was my period starting (which would be a week early) and I’m always regular with my cycle. I used a tampon and when I changed it, there barely anything there except some traces of light brown discharge. Usually when my cycle begins, the first day is light red and I go through 2 tampons that day.

The only other symptom I’m noticing is tender nipples and faint cramping on my right side.

Could this be implantation bleeding?

We did have unprotected sex on my ovulation day (according to another app) but according to Glow, I would have ovulated 4 days after sex.
