Can I be pregnant !?

So, I’m 2 days late and no sign of af. My boobs feel so heavy that they feel like they’re going to fall off! About a week ago, I had light pink spotting a few times one day when I wiped. I had light twingy cramps and, have shooting pain in my boobs too. I also have milky white discharge. I got a blood test today that came back negative! What the heck!? I read about the hook effect. That’s where your body produces too much hcg and, it gives you a false negative blood and urine. Has anyone heard of this? What are your thoughts on my situation?
