Using the bathroom gives me cramps

So I have always gotten REALLY bad period cramps. But it’s only usually a problem when I have my period except for when I use the bathroom. Doesn’t matter if it’s number 1 or 2 I feel like a pulling stinging feeling in my ovaries area. Lately I have noticed it getting worse and right now I’m bent over in pain after going to the bathroom. I have told my doctor about all this and she has said the best soloution is to be on the impalanon which I am ( been on it for 4 years). I only get my period about twice a year because of the implanon so it’s not because I have my period coming or anything. Also I get the same pain when I get up to fast, it feels like a pulling feeling.

Anyone else get this problem?
