10w 5days threatened miscarriage

Hi all, just wanting some advice. I have been cramping slightly on and off for a couple of days and thought nothing of it but now, I have been up at the hospital due to bleeding. I have been told it’s a threatened miscarriage, emotionally I am not sure how to process this, I am struggling. I have a 3 year old girl and a 11 month old boy and I’m trying to be strong but I feel like I’m splitting at the seams trying to hold myself together. Anyone experienced a threatened miscarriage and everything has turned out ok?
