I feel so sick rnn

I feel such a need to throw up.

For all the rude people "just do it" "bend over and vomit"

It's not that easy lol.

I can feel it like in my throat but it won't come out, I've sat in front of the toilet, and waited. Stuck my finger in my throat and nothing.

Now my wrists broke out in rashes, not sure if this has anything to do with me needing to throw up but yeah..

Help! Please.
