Loss of symptoms?

I had my HCG levels draw on Monday and Wednesday of this week.  They went from 305 to 741.  I woke up today and all of my pregnancy symptoms are gone. I’ve had two miscarriages before this and I lost my pregnancy symptoms before them both.  Could this be a third miscarriage?  I’m a little over 4 weeks.

You actually were probly feeling more symptoms of estrogen close to. And then as you progesterone started to take over the estrogen symptoms which closely mirror pregnancy symptoms such as slight natia constipation heartburn insomnia start to ease. Days or more even you might feel perfectly fine like I did from about 4.5 weeks till 6 weeks. Then most my symptoms came back with some huge additional ones at about 6 weeks 1 day as my progesterone starting to shoot up and my hcg  Got stronger.
