Sick again?

My son has been getting over bronchitis since Nov 16th(when he was discharged from the hospital after 4 days) His cough was almost gone last week. The last couple days his cough has gotten more often and a bit worse. Temp has been 99-99.6 I’m sure it’s due to teething though. We have an appointment on Monday for a follow up after all this but I’m worried he’s getting it again or he has asthma since he’s been retracting since he’s been 2 months old on and off(he’s 5 months now). (His doctor suggested asthma before he got sick and the hospital suggested asthma during the sickness)
