First appointment at 7 weeks?

Hi all! So I just scheduled my first appointment and it’s December 18. I’ll be about 7 1/2 weeks then. Is this too early? Idk just paranoid. Want everything to go good and now I’m stressed it’ll be too early haha

Yes my first appt is December 17th, I'll also be 7 weeks. It's a nurse consult (dos and donts of pregnancy) and a blood draw. They take quite a bit of blood. I don't see my Dr until Jan 13th for first ultrasound, I'll be 10 weeks 4 days.

I was seen at 7 weeks 1 day with my son! We heard his heartbeat and all! I’m glad I got to go earlier 🥰

Mine is on the 17th and I’ll be 7 1/2 weeks. My doctors office always has the first visit between 7-8 weeks for a viability ultrasound and then a visit with the nurse to go over the ultrasound and collect information on health, etc. 
I think scheduling mainly has to do with office policy and any specific health history concerns. Good luck!

Did they say why they want to see you so early? I wasn’t seen until ten weeks my last pregnancy, and my first appointment this time is at eleven weeks.

My first isnt until 10 weeks. They said I could come earlier but they would really only make me pee in a cup and I can do that at home 😂

Mine is on the 16th; I’ll be 6w6d. My the office just gave me the first “first visit” appointment available. Anything later would occur in the new year. The first visit is supposed to be the longest one with a millions questions and baseline tests.
