Breastfeeding or baby on the way? 🤷🏻‍♀️

My period is over a week late (like almost 2 weeks). I’m used to a couple days short or a week late but it’s rarely ever this late.. even without ovulation (I underwent fertility treatment so my cycles were monitored before). We have had sex, unprotected, but we have been told that due to my body we wouldn’t be able to get pregnant without treatment so let’s just say we weren’t very careful. I’m now 9months postpartum and breastfeeding as a result of fertility treatment and I’m wondering if it’s the breastfeeding making me late or what... I have been having regular periods for the past 5 months. Regular for me is having a period every 28-35 days but this month nothing... not a spot! I’m over 43 days this cycle and without ovulating the longest my cycle has been was 38

I know I need to POAS but I’m nervous and I haven’t had a chance to pick one up as I always have someone with me when I’ve been out and who I would rather not see me buying a test (if I am pregnant I don’t want anyone to know until I’m ready to tell as I have had losses)
