Any suggestions for getting 3 year old to poop in the toilet?

My daughter pees in the toilet just fine, but poops in her underwear. Any suggestions for getting her to poop in the toilet? 
I know I am late to the game on potty training.

I let my son go without clothes so he’d recognize the need to go potty better ... I also made a big deal when he went ... We’d sing and dance and chant made up songs ... Takes time ... Be patient ... and she will get the hang of it !!!

Yea agree with the privacy. I would have to look away while she was sitting and going. And then eventually she would actually tell me to get out lol
