red/brown discharge after sex or getting fingered?? TMI

I feel so gross posting this so i’m sorry but does anyone else get this kind of ‘discharge’ after sex or even just getting fingered (only when its a lot for a long time)??? This is my underwear after only getting fingered by my boyfriend.. is this normal? it’s happened before but not normally this much. I’m also on birth control and start my placebo week tomorrow.
