Hypnobirthing? Any tips/ experiences

Hi everyone, I wanted to try hypnobirthing, let me know if you have any tips or experiences !

I agree having your partner know you want to do it and listen to it with you will help when the time comes. I suggesting listening once a day bedtime is a great time or during a relaxing bath. Look I'm a busy mom of 5 soon six my days are far from rainbows and butterflies and calm. But now that I'm back into the habit of mediating I find my calm right away and have in past labors too. I also suggest finding a few guided ones you like as well as just music/ sounds mediations.

Live and breath positivity! I use guided meditation for a nice hot bath every couple nights, sleep hypnosis tracks for daily naps and night time. Get your partner on board for being a great coach during labor. Your welcome to pm me. To have someone like minded and natural minded to chat with.
