How old is the child? And are you sure the privacy settings aren't made so the child can't see this?
Parents post this kind of stuff all the time, the only real issue I see is being friends with the kid, but you don't know what's going on behind closed doors to cause the posts. It's passive aggressive and immature, but if the kid is old enough to be on Facebook, then I would look at it as a "not really anybody's business but theirs" thing.

I would reach out to this mother & try to address the issue.  She’s obviously crying for help, but in all the wrong ways.  For her daughters sake (& gets) someone more level headed needs to intervene & enlighten her.  I don’t care how “difficult” a child is (regardless of age)- no parent should ever ostracize or embarrass someone they love.  It’s incredibly counterproductive & immature.

It seems like she's got an incredibly difficult teenager and she's really struggling to cope with him/ her. She's venting but on the wrong platform.
She should send her teen for therapy if they're THAT bad to see why he/ she is so difficult. Some family counselling wouldn't hurt either. If you're friends with this woman Is encourage her to seek professional help.
