Anyone Having BAD Hip Pain?

29 weeks and my right hip is in so much pain when I lay down. I start out on my left side every night and when I go to roll and switch sides it hurts so bad to get to my right.. then when I get up from sleeping it’s like my hip is stuck and takes me a bit to get moving.. I didn’t have this with my other 2 kids 😭

Yes. Mine is in my tail bone though! So bad. Some days I get off the couch and its locked up and I have to limp around the house I can’t even sit on the couch or anything cuz it kills as soon as I try and get up.

Yes! I’m taking a warm bath tonight and trying to sleep in the recliner. I’m in so much pain in my hips and my pelvis bone it’s getting to be too much.

Oh yes! I have to switch sides constantly during the night.  Being comfortable is in the past hahah

Yup, but chiropractor has helped reduce the pain by at least 75% plus stretches, epsom salt baths and ice. I plan to start massages too around 35 weeks.

I didn’t have any pains with my first, but with this pregnancy my hips are a constant battle, some days it’s my right, some days my left, some days only hurts at night and other days I walk with a limp! :(
