Lower back pain @ 10 weeks

So I’m having really bad lower back pain it’s not really on one side it’s my whole lower back. The last time I had pain this bad was 2 weeks before I miscarried back in March. I’m really worried. I don’t know if it’s that or just the pregnancy or that I’ve been working a lot on my feet (retail during Christmas time). Needing some reassurance that everything is going to be okay.

Was going to go to the doctor but my husband recently got a new job and the new insurance hasn’t kicked in yet so I’ve had to wait for any doctors appointments...
