Help with my coming out

I haven’t come out to most of the people I know, only 3 close friends. My family is rather conservative, and although it’s not really talked about, I know that they are not the happiest with the LGBTQ community. I am Pan and I have someone I am talking to and romantically interested in, but I’m scared to move forward with anything because of coming out. How should I come out and when is a good time to do it? (I’m 15)
