Video Games vs Quality Time

So my boyfriends obsessed with his Xbox. He seems to be glued to the video games more than he’s interested in spending time with me. I’ve talked to him about it. He puts them down for a day or two, and then he’s right back to playing more than helping me around the house or spending quality time with me. Any time I get bummed that he’s on it, he gets mad that I’m upset about him spending time with his friends... I need opinions on how to handle this and what to say. I’m tired of always looking like the bad guy when I’m just wanting to spend time with him.
