Anxiety about birth

I guess I am just a bit anxious. Worried about going into labor early. I never really dealt with this even though she's my third. With my first I had her 2 days before her due date, I was set to be induced on my due date. I went to my OB office for a regular appointment and was dialated so he sent me to the hospital. With my second I was induced due to GD. With this one I'm afraid my water might actually break or I'll go into labor at home and I won't know what to do. I feel embarrassed that this is my third pregnancy and I'm so lost and worried. 🤦
