Fever since Sunday morning

My son has had a fever since Sunday 5:30am

Around 100.0- 103.4

He doesn’t have any other symptoms besides this fever.

I keep calling my hospitals nurses line and they told me only to bring him in if it gets to 105

I’m keeping him hydrated and giving Tylenol every 4 hours. Lukewarm bath . His temp lowers back down to around 101 but then back up it goes to 102 .

I don’t know what to do at this point.

Just wait it out?

I hate having with a fever

My mom keeps telling me to take him In .

But don’t want to take him in if they’re gonna tell me the same thing the nurse told me over the phone . Twice !

What else can I do to lower his temperature
