Pardon me if this is a dumb question.

Brie • Pregnant w my little rainbow, coming January 2020 ♡

Does the way my mother pregnancies and labors went, matter as to how mine are going to go ? She seems to keep telling me certain things are going to happen or probably wont happen because thats how it went for her, and it's a bit annoying because i figured my body is different so it will handle things differently ?? I guess i just wanna see if anyone really did follow suit with their mothers or if you were completely different.

Nope her pregnancies have nothing to do with yours.

No. My mom felt great from beginning to end with all six pregnancies. My sister probably had undiagnosed hyperemesis with all of her three pregnancies. I have had the ”usual” morning sickness in three of my four pregnancies, but every other symptom and pain there is. My other sister was a little bit tired in the beginning, but felt good for the rest.

I actually asked my doctor this question and he just kind of shrugged and said sometimes. My first labor was similar to my mom's as far as being overdue and the length of my labor. Hoping the second one is similar since she popped my sister out at 39 weeks in 2 hours 😂
