Need Advice from NICU Moms and Dads

First of all, im so sorry you had to experience the NICU. Having never been through that, I can only imagine how difficult and heartbreaking the journey was/is.

My best friend's son is currently in NICU. His prognosis is good but the emotional toll on my friends is weighing heavily. I'm wondering what your friends and family did for you during that time that really helped. I don't want to be a burden but I would like to try and bring some small amount of comfort, support and/or peace to them. Thank you so much for your responses.
