CrossFit ?

Has anyone tried CrossFit and it’s work for them ? Do you have any results or before and after pictures ? I’m looking into CrossFit but I’m scared to do it

I’ve been doing CrossFit for 3 years now. You can workout all you want in any form but what I like about at my CrossFit gym is the coaches teach you about nutrition and how to ￼correctly count calories/macros for your body type and goals. You need to get both things in check- nutrition and fitness- or else you will not see the results you want. Talk to a coach about your goals. I’m 16weeks pregnant now and I plan on continuing Crossfit throughout my pregnancy

I love CrossFit. I have been doing it for 2 years now but was active prior. I don’t really have any before and after pics but most of them will let you try a few classes for free!

Yeah I did a beginner class for four weeks and I saw results. I don’t have any pictures of me, but I do of the workout we did the first and last day.

Row is on the row machine 
HRPU is hand release push ups, a push up but then you go all the way down lift hands and go back up
Ab Mat is just sit ups
Ring row is when you have the rings lean back and then pull your self up like a push up but kinda standing sorry that’s a bad explanation 😂😂
The way we measured squats was we did as many as we could in 1 min then 20 seconds off and do it again 7 times it called something but I don’t remember.
Any way I totally saw results in my self. Arms and legs more toned and though I did not weigh myself I am almost positive I lost some weight and this was only two sometimes three times a week. 
I would totally recommend thought it does kick your ass.
