Throwing up rather than “spitting up”

So my baby is now 10 days old, and shes hd this issue since she was born, im only breastfeeding forbthe time being, and after she finishes nursing i burp her, she spits up like normal, but afterwards she throws up, and im not talking a little bit, i feel like everything she just drank comes right back up, and this happens almost every single time i feed her, idk wat to do, and its multiple times, not just once, ik if it was formula i would be able to change her formula, but im inly breasfeeding and idk wat i can do?! Ugh
