Meal plan

How do you moms with babies and full time jobs every grocery shop or make meals? I work 8:30am to 6pm every day, which luckily my 7 month old goes with, but when I get home, I am doing stuff with my baby and cleaning my house and getting his bedtime routine ready and everything planned for the next day. I have an insta pot, but I have no idea what I would even put in it. Meal prep and planning seems like it would take forever, especially when I feel like I don't have time. My finance gets home at 9:30pm, and at that point, I've just gotten my son to sleep, we eat whatever we can find bc we are tired, and then we go to bed. I have no clue what to do
