No sex drive help

I have absolutely no sex drive and haven’t had one since the beginning of my pregnancy. It’s starting to affect me and my s/o because he wants to but I keep trying to explain to him it isn’t him, it’s me and idk how to fix myself. I just don’t feel good about myself at all. I’m gaining weight (obviously) nothing fits me, I just don’t feel sexy in the slightest.
