I’m confused on how it works. I saw that I had invitations for start conversations is that their version of saying the other person likes you too?

Yes if you match, it will send you a message saying you can start a conversation with them. They can also send you a message first as well.
I met my boyfriend on Hinge. We will be celebrating 6 months next month. I am so thankful for the app. Good luck, it can work! Just have to be patient and prepare to possibly go through some bad dates to to find a good one.

I liked Hinge. I felt like the profile was set up differently and gave a few options for ice breakers. 
They can initiate conversations with you though, so people that like an answer or just a photo are showing the bare minimum effort to let you know they could be interested if you do all the work. 
My advice? The ones that really intrigue you, hit me up with a follow up question about what they liked about your answer or your photo or a question about their profile. If they put some effort into the answer, great. If they don’t, find someone who is as invested as you are.

Yes it’s their version of saying it. I normally just hit them with a hi, how was your day. But I honestly don’t use it anymore after I met my boyfriend (no we didn’t meet on hinge).
