5 weeks tomorrow and had cramps on and off since 4 weeks

I hear this is normal as long as it isn’t accompanied by bleeding. I haven’t had any spotting at all, but these cramps that feel like menstrual cramps that’ll come and go throughout the day. For those of you who’ve had successful pregnancies, did you experience this and did they eventually go away? It’s been about a week I’ve had them on and off. My hcg levels were fine they were 2194 for 4 weeks and 5 days. Had an early miscarriage my first pregnancy and every little thing worries me
