He lied about being married ?

So I have been talking to this guy, we hung out last night. We brought up previous relationships very briefly and he mentioned how he almost purposed to a girl while in basic training but didn’t because she cheated. I didn’t think much of it but tonight while looking at his fb pics I came across a few pictures of him and a girl, one they had rings on fingers, and in another a comment of the pic from his mom “yes he got married in basic!” Now that was back in 2017 but I’m a little upset that he didn’t tell me. Idk how to bring this up and ask him about it without seeming like I was stalking.. or crazy.
