AMH Levels?

Question

My AMH level is pretty low. It is .32. I’m starting Letrozole tomorrow. My Doctor is starting me on the highest dosage. Does anyone have any advice? And recommendations? Any information? This is my first treatment and I’m nervous. I don’t even know what questions to ask. Thank you for any comments. 🙏🏼

I’d recommend checking out the low AMH discussion board on The Bump. It’s gots tons of info, dating back a few years. When I got a low AMH diagnosis in May 2018, I read the entire discussion history on the thread (which took a while!) and learned a lot. The podcast Beat Infertility also has some good content on this topic.

My infertility doctor skips the oral medications and goes right for injections with women that have low AMH. She stated your window is much smaller than others. Mine was 0.74 and IVF was suggested but we did injections and IUI and I got pregnant first cycle of both.

I’d ask how soon you need to be aggressive and move towards Ivf with low AMH, especially if you want more than one kid. I have low amh too.
