Opinions on letting dad in the room for the birth even tho we aren't together anymore

So I'm 8 weeks away from a scheduled c section and this is our second child together but we just broke up over Thanksgiving in a very dramatic way (he badmouthed me to his family) anyway he has stopped being mean now and says he wants in the room and I say it's weird but he says with the c section they have up a curtain. But idk if I want him in there while I'm so vulnerable. But then again it's the birth of his daughter. Should I allow it since it's a moment he could never get back?
