Just found out something is wrong....

This is long sorry I need to vent...

Backstory, my husband and I have been together almost 14 years, since we were teens. He has twins already, a boy and a girl. They are 15 now. He had his babies super young when he was 17. We’ve been married now going on 5 years this May. I got off birth control almost 2 years ago but we really started trying a few months ago. I should of known, even though we weren’t “trying” the fact that it didn’t happen when I got off birth control something was wrong.

Fast forward to my HSG test two and half weeks ago, while I got the test it was relatively painless and the doc performing the test shows me on the screen open tubes and tells me everything looks good from what he sees. I feel great at this point! I tell myself to stop stressing and just let it happen. After getting a vague call from one of my OBs assistants Monday saying I have an infection in my tubes and need an antibiotic (no further info, rude, acted annoyed when I asked questions), I finally talked to my OB. He said the dye went into my tubes fine and flowed through them fine, but it did not spill into my abdominal cavity. There is a blockage at the end of my tubes.

I now have to go see a fertility specialist and I am hoping for positive news, that’s it’s something that can be fixed easily with medications or a simple procedure. The news is crushing right now because I feel like a failure. I feel less of a women because the one thing I was born to do, that seems to come so easily to every person around me, I can’t do😔 why me... life has been so hard lately. I just really need a break. To top it off I have no one to really talk to. I talk to my husband and he’s supportive and super positive and tells me we will conceive but he doesn’t really get it, how can he?

I just needed to vent, this is so much to just learn and try and absorb. I wish I would have gotten tested sooner... I wish I didn’t have to go through this at all😞
