Is this normal ?

His cord was hanging By a thread and fell off while he was sleeping it now looks like this does it look infected? Should I call his pediatrician?

Trying dabbing it with rubbing alcohol. It’ll help dry it up and remove that left over dried blood (at least that’s what it looks like).

My son did that kinda.  He is very squirmy and like ripped his stump off.    As long as theres no fever in it or red etc and it doesnt ooze it's fine.

Looks fine, just clean it with alcohol and keep it dry. It should be fine my baby’s feel and look like that.

It wouldnt hurt to get it checked. Every kid is different but i dont remember my last two having theirs look like this at all.

I'd get it checked to make sure.. none of my 3 babies bellybutton looked like that.
