New mom. First night
So my baby sometimes sounds like he’s choking on liquid or something. Like he spits up and can’t breathe. Then he has this cry like something wrong but when I look he’s sleeping and fine.
Can someone please help. My anxiety is through the roof I can’t sleep 😭
