Spotting for the second time

So I’m 6+2 today. I went to the bathroom to poop (sorry tmi). I don’t think I was really straining or anything. But when I wiped (3 times) there was light pink blood each time. Is this normal?

I have an US today due to spotting last Friday. My levels went up from Friday to Monday and my progesterone was very good.

I’m just really nervous I’m miscarrying and my appt isn’t until 2 this afternoon.
