Positive fetal fibronectin ffn

I went to L&D the other day for leaking fluid. It wasn’t amniotic, which is great, but I did get a positive ffn at 31+6. They gave me a series of steroid shots to help the baby’s lungs develop in case she’s born early, but didn’t tell me much more than that. I don’t see my dr until tomorrow.

I know it’s doesn’t mean I’m definitely going to deliver early, but I’m still feeling really anxious. I was already feeling a super strong desire to nest (which my husband totally doesn’t understand) and now my brain is just in major panic mode.

Looking for feedback from others with positive ffn - how did you handle it?
