Go to doctor or nah? Miscarriage

So I had 3 light positive pregnancy tests (ttc) all about 6-4 days before my period. I have a 2 yo son and was instantly sick with him and threw up my whole pregnancy. I was super nauseous and throwing up for 3 days around the time I took the tests. Then on 4 days before my expected period, I started spotting. 3 days before expected period I got hit with severe cramps and heavy bright red bleeding that has lasted 6 days. I figured it was a super early miscarriage/chemical pregnancy. Now I haven't been bleeding for 2 days bit I am super dizzy, really nauseous still, and am having moderate/heavy cramps still. Not like when the bleeding started though, I could barely walk. I haven't seen a doctor throughout any of this because last time they said it's a natural process and I needed to go home, that I was wasting their time (before I had my son). But this seems different, should I go in or is this still within normal?
