High Chair Recommendations?

My son is going on 5 months and I’d like to get him a high chair. Every one I look at has positive reviews, but then there are the reviewers who say the chairs are dangerous and have hurt or almost killed their children.

I need something that doesn’t take up a lot of space, maybe can fold down (not a deal breaker), adjustable height, convertible, is super easy to clean (I’m lazy), and preferably where tray goes against baby so excessive amounts of food doesn’t fall on him (I realize some will, but if there isn’t a giant space between tray and baby, we can eliminate some).

I’m not opposed to something a little pricier if it really is worth it and will last a while.
