Clogged duct
Okay ladies I need help. I’ve had a few clogged ducts and normally when I nurse they go away. I don’t want to end up with mastitis.... again. I’ve been nursing on that side like mad and pumping in between feedings, applying heat and massaging during feedings and pumping sessions and this one just won’t go away. What else can I do?! Any help is greatly appreciated.
