Low levels, not quite doubling. Has anyone experienced this?

Here are my levels so far. I know it’s still really early but I’m worried.

11/29 - 3w5d - HCG 14

12/2 - 4w1d - HCG 26

12/5 - 4w4d- HCG 43

I had early testing due to a previous ectopic in June and chemical in October. I thought I was having another chemical but now we’re starting to think it was implantation bleeding/cramping that I was experiencing. Levels are super low and rising slow. Has anyone been in this boat and went on to have a healthy pregnancy or has it led to miscarriage/ectopic?
