Hair advice needed (pic)

I have had short hair for 3 years now and i kinda miss my long hair. The reason i cut my hair on the first place was it hid my face but now i found out u can frame ur face with a cut even with long hair 🤯🤦🏻‍♀️

My hair is actually a layered bob rn and i dunno if i should grow it out or would it look weird since the back is shorter than the front and the top layers are also shorter? Thank u for ur advice 😘
