there is poo no matter how much I wipe
the past two times I’ve gone the the toilet, my poop has been yellow and when I wipe, poo just keeps going on the toilet paper no matter how many times I wipe. I used two wet wipes and everything. it also smells really bad and the smell is still on me which is really embarrassing. does anyone know what this could be?
