STD symptom ?

So I gave my bf head last Saturday and yesterday I woke up and my throat was hurting but it was only for a bit I drink some coffee and I was fine this morning the same thing I have a cough drop and it seems to be going away. yesterday afternoon I also had a runny nose and all but nothing serious like a fever... I had been tested for stds after having sex with him and it came back negative and he hasn’t been with anyone since. so could it just be a sore throat ?
