12 Wks NIPT test

So yesterday I went in for my 12wks scan to check for abnormalities. Anyway, I felt like the ultrasound tech didn’t know what she was doing at all. It took her 25 minutes doing the abdominal ultrasound cus she said it’s too blurry. At like the 10 minutes max, she said and I quote “have you ever been diagnose with Fibrosis” I’m like nope, never. And she goes oh I asked because the baby is giving me a hard time. Mind you my husband and 3.5 years old was there and he’s the more calmer one then I am. At this point I said to myself, so you really telling me if the baby is giving you a hard time that really saying the mother might have Fibro? I was pissed not because she asked the question, it just annoys me that she thought if the baby don’t wanno be seen means the mother have some type of disease. Well, she kept on going and going and I could see baby wasn’t in the mood at all. She told me to twist on my side towards her, that didn’t work (she said) then I lie back down straight, she said it still wasn’t working now at this point in my mind I’m thinking usually if the baby is giving a hard time they will object for a vaginal ultrasound. She never once mentioned anything about it. Then I asked her with the NIPT test, do you guys do the vaginal one and if so, let’s try that. 😳 she was like oh yeah sure. At this point I’m not even upset or worried that somethings wrong with my baby cuz I already knew by then the tech had no clue. We did it for like 10 minutes, the heart rate was at 154, arm and legs and everything normal she said but she kept like stirring in my vaginal with that thing and at one point she kept pressing on my stomach and the baby will legit look at her 😂 cuz that’s what she said that baby’s looked at her. It was so u comfortable and my husband started asking her questions cuz he too noticed she was been a annoying by not even knowing what she’s doing. I got home after and while I got done using the restroom and I wipe myself, there was a little blood and I realize it’s from the vagina ultrasound because not once in this pregnancy have I wipe and seen blood. It wasn’t much to made me panic at all but I was just glad that my baby have developed all her arms and legs and everything there is. Just waiting on the result which I know I’ll turns out very well.
