Is it ok to fill a super tampon in 5 hours?

Lol I’m back asking questions 😒 I went from a regular to Super tampon overnight and this morning it’s almost full, the back side is like a lightly dusted hot Cheeto. I’ve been having lots of clots too. I pulled the tampon out there was a clot, I wiped and there was another clot. My gyno has told me I have thicker lining and prescribed me progesterone a month ago but I was afraid to take it.

I’m a pretty heavy bleeder (I have gone to the doctor about it a few times and they said it’s normal) I usually go through a super tampon every 45 minutes the first 3 days and even my “light” days I can only wear a super for 2-3 hours

When I first got my period back after getting off of birth control it was super heavy the first few days and I over filled one in maybe 2 hours, it’s totally normal is 5 hours bc I wouldn’t leaving any tampon in more than 4-6 anyways.

I fill an ultra size in 3 hours flat. For 7 days straight. 5 hours is a good amount not bad at all. Tho id ask about those blood clots youre having. Anything bigger than a quarter is not normal.
