Brown discharge during second trimester

Hi Everyone. So this is my experience I had a slight incident about 3 weeks ago. I got into the shower and I just started bleeding I was rushed to the hospital with my husband and the doctor said it was a threatened miscarriage. They sent me in for a scan the baby was fine my plecenta was in the right place all was normal I was told to just bed rest and not do to much activity.

So I did that until yesterday evening I went to the toilet and seen brown discharge only when I wiped. About a few minutes later it was going pink and then I had some cloths coming out as I went to pee. Then it stopped till today nothing at all but just brownish cloths when I pee. And I got slight cramps but nothing severe. Been resting a lot and taking it easy baby is still moving and kicking. I'm 25 weeks and 6 days. Has anyone experienced this as well?
