Did you not do a sonohysterogram?

Hi ladies just wondering if anyone had IUI or IVF and not do a sono before hand? My dr asked me to do one but we already know the reason we havent been able to conceive is due to my husbands sperm quality (i have had 2 kods in the past also) so i really dont want to do it as alot of ppl told me its very painful and i have endometriosis so im afraid of how bad it would be. My dr said its up to me if i want to do it or not so now im wondering has anyone else done IUI or IVF and not done a sono before hand? Tia!
