What do you guys eat for breakfast?

I used to skip breakfast or I’d have something small, but since I’m working on burning fat and maintaining muscle, I now have to eat tons of protein (100 grams) and carbs (217 grams). I usually eat egg white (20 grams of protein), a Everything Bagel, half a protein shake (15 grams of protein). Dinner is usually smaller but trying to find new ideas. Also, do you know the protein and carbs of what you eat, it’s something I have to factor in
