sex when on your period ???

was just wondering if it’s a bad idea to have sex while on your period as I have never done it before..I wasn’t sure if it would be too messy,sore,or even mess with your cycle
Any advice please xx

I don't mind if i have my period when i feel like getting frisky. I just make sure i have a towel underneath and hop in the shower if something slips away, but i always felt like having sex while on my period actually helped with cramps, heavy flow and such..

Sure it’ll be messy, but that’s what showers and towels are for! Some people find it actually helps with everything and some even find the sex to be better.

I’m not opposed to period sex. We just throw a towel down and then have a nice relaxing hot shower afterwards to clean up. It honestly helps with my cramps so much. I’m so thankful my boyfriend isn’t scared of it either!!
